Kathy Knight

Kathy B. Knight is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified weight management specialist. She is a native Mississippian who completed her doctoral studies at Auburn University. Kathy is married to Scott Knight, director of the UM Field Station, and they are the parents of two adult children, Brad and Anna. Pets in the Knight household include Darwin the Dalmatian, Weasley the Yorkshire terrier and Mickey the cat. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys reading, gardening and entertaining friends and family. Scott and Kathy are avid Rebel fans and active members of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Oxford.
